New Robust Details

Two new Robust Detail separating walls have successfully completed the candidate robust detail process and are now available to be registered with Robust Details Ltd, one of which can be used to claim 4 automatic credits under the Code for Sustainable Homes scheme. The new E-WM-19 is the first Robust Detail to attract this many credits under the Code.
E-WM-19 - Separating Wall - Masonry - Dense or lightweight aggregate blockwork, or nominated hollow or cellular core blockwork (render and gypsum-based board) with 100mm minimum cavity and MONARFLOOR® BRIDGESTOP® system - for attached houses only.
This wall is for use in attached houses only and can be used to claim 4 credits under the EcoHomes scheme and also 4 credits under the Code for Sustainable Homes scheme.

E-WT-4 - Separating Wall -Timber - Excel Industries Warmcell 500 insulation - with sheathing board
This wall can be used to claim 2 credits under the EcoHomes scheme.

One new Robust Detail separating floor has successfully completed the candidate robust detail process and is now available to be registered with Robust Details Ltd.

E-FC-12 - Separating Floor - Concrete - Precast concrete plank and Thermal Economics IsoRubber Base HP3 system and floating screed
This floor can be used to claim 3 credits under the EcoHomes scheme and 1 credit under the Code for Sustainable Homes scheme, where used in the construction of top floor flats. Where used in other locations, 2 EcoHomes credits can be awarded.
