Certification Procedure
When we receive a completed plot registration form from you with payment, we will review it to check that:
- you have provided all the necessary details and the correct payment
- you have selected valid Robust Details and, in the case of flats, valid wall and floor combinations
If the review is successful, we will produce and send to you:
- 2 copies of the Certificate (Purchase Statement)
- a checklist for each Robust Detail that you have ordered (you are free to make further copies)
- a Compliance Certificate for each dwelling registered which you should then complete as construction proceeds and make available to your building control authority if asked.
