Plot Registration Fees

These fees came into effect on 19 August 2004.

1) Plot Registrations

£30 + VAT per plot regardless of dwelling type and regardless of quantity of Robust Details used in each plot.

2) Administration Charges

Plot Registrations - amendments, cancellations*, replacement documents.

Changes affecting up to 10 plot registrations
on one site including replacement documents

£15.00 +VAT

Changes affecting 11-20 plot registrations
on one site including replacement documents

£20.00 +VAT

Changes affecting 21 or more plot registrations
on one site including replacement documents

£30.00 +VAT

Replacement documents
for one site (where plot registration changes are not required)

£10.00 +VAT
