Feedback Procedure

We consider feedback (positive or negative) to be, a complaint, appeal, dispute or compliment.

Feedback is a valuable tool in our aim to maintain a high standard of service to the construction industry.  We recognise the importance of handling feedback in a timely and professional manner and aim to do this by following our procedure.
