Standards Committee
The Standards Committee is the structure which ensures impartiality. It is constituted to enable the participation of all parties with a key interest in Robust Details Limited's certification schemes.
Since the board of directors may not necessarily include representatives of all the parties significantly concerned in the certification system, the Standards Committee has a direct 'whistle blowing' route to UKAS. This would only be used as a last resort in the unlikely event that Robust Details Limited failed to maintain impartially and did not respond satisfactorily to correct this.
