Finance And Audit Committee
The Finance and Audit Committee is responsible to the board of directors for the following:
- Supervising the overall finances of RDL
- ensuring that the required statutory audits are completed and that any matters arising are addressed
- reviewing any other matter relating to, or affecting, the financial health of RDL and making recommendations to the board as and when appropriate.
