Board of Directors
Robust Details Limited has a small board of directors responsible for the overall management of the Company.
Its responsibilities include:
- formulation of policy
- appointing senior management
- accounting for Robust Details Limited's activities to relevant parties via the Standards Committee which contains representatives of the relevant interested parties
- ensuring that the certification scheme is adequately financed and effective
- ensuring that Standards Committee members include representatives of all parties with key interest in Robust Details Limited's certification schemes
- ensuring that Robust Details Limited complies with relevant legislation
- making decisions on the withdrawal or suspension of Robust Details which consistently fail to meet the target compliance rates set out Robust Details Limited's quality policy
- delegation of authority to committees or individuals.
